This policy covers the contact form and the consultation form on this site. It was last updated in August 2026.
What we collect
The forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, project type, budget range, project location and a message. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.
How it is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry and to plan the work if you hire us. That is the only use.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the company except a subcontractor or supplier who needs it to quote or perform work on your project. We do not send marketing email.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the project is live and for a reasonable period afterward for warranty and record keeping.
Deleting your information
Email brent@bvbbuilders.com and ask, and it will be deleted.
