Mostly remodels and interior rebuilds, often in older houses where the work happens while people are living there.

New homes and large remodels. This is where the ground up work tends to be.

Newer construction on larger lots, and outbuildings.

Cabins and remote builds over the pass. Longer logistics, so the schedule gets planned differently.
